陳波—副研究員

       陳波,1976年生,武漢大學生命科學學院獲得理學碩士學位,中國科學院水生生物系研究所理學博士學位,副研究員,碩士生導師。2007年至2013年期間在美國進行訪問學者和博士后研究,先后在佛羅里達國際大學化學及生物化學系、貝勒醫學院分子及人類遺傳學系、亞拉巴馬大學伯明翰分校生物化學和分子遺傳學系UAB干細胞研究所等地進行分子遺傳學,醫學遺傳學以及干細胞生物學的研究。
主要從事造血干細胞及造血分化過程分子調控機制研究。運用分子遺傳學手段在人類胚胎干細胞共培養體系中研究人類造血發生過程中的分子調控機制。已經和正在建立一系列重要造血相關基因過表達或沉默的多能干細胞系,試圖通過調控這些基因的表達來干擾造血分化進程,摸索最優的誘導分化模式,并發現新的造血相關基因。同時開展細胞治療和基因治療的研究,正在嘗試建立一套比較完整基于MSC和CART的基因治療載體系統和相應的腫瘤治療動物模型,為未來基因治療/細胞免疫治療/干細胞治療搭建通用平臺。至今已在多種國際雜志上發表各類論文30篇,其中SCI論文24篇,引用600余次。
