劉忠—主任技師

                                                                       
       劉忠，博士，畢業于德國洪堡大學，協和學者特聘教授，博士生導師。入選四川省學術和技術帶頭人，全國抗擊新冠肺炎疫情先進個人等稱號。主要從事臨床輸血的安全和有效性研究，在感染性輸血安全、精準輸血及血液保存方面有較深入的研究。先后發表論文200多篇，其中SCI收錄文章近百篇，期刊包括JAMA、ACSNano、Haematol等，單篇他引最高700余次，主編專著5本，專利10余項，成果轉化3項。

       北京協和醫學院輸血醫學系執行主任、中國醫學科學院輸血不良反應研究重點實驗室主任、中國醫學科學院輸血研究所副所長、中華預防醫學會血液安全專業委員會主任委員、四川省輸血協會理事長、《中國輸血雜志》主編。第41屆國際低溫醫學、生物學大會(CRYO2004)秘書長，第49屆國際低溫生物學大會（CRYO2017）副主席等。獲省部級科技進步獎5項。
